Tiger Quarterback Club’s annual John Cleek Memorial Golf Tournament is scheduled for Monday, June 22, 2026. Columbia Country Club is our host. Register online here or mail in this PDF application. 

Entry includes access to all events, 18 holes of golf, riding cart, lunch, beverages on the course and various awards and prizes. Lunch will be served following golf, and prizes will be given to the winners. There will be a putting contest and a hole-in-one contest, with a chance to win a car.

The shotgun start will be at 10 a.m. Day-of registration will open at 8.
